Chelsea set for contract talks with £26m star

Chelsea are prepared to open contract negotiations with defender Malo Gusto amid interest from several European clubs, according to French outlet RMC Sport.
The Frenchman has been a key player for the west London giants, and he has featured in multiple positions during the ongoing campaign under manager Enzo Maresca.
His current deal does not expire until June 2030, but the Blues are prepared to hand the versatile right-back with an improved salary to acknowledge the progress made.
Gusto, who signed for the Blues from Lyon for £26 million, was recently linked with a move to Juventus, but it is uncertain whether the Bianconeri will make an offer.
Manager Igor Tudor was leading the club's pursuit of the former Lyon man, but he has since been sacked. The Bianconeri are now being managed by Luciano Spalletti.
Aside form Gusto, the Blues are also working on a potential renewal for Caicedo, who has established himself as one of the league's best defensive midfielders.
