Fulham ready swoop for Michael Mancienne
Fulham will make a move for Hamburg defender Michael Mancienne. The defender has been told that he is free to leave the German side for a fee of around 3.5 million Euros and has been declared surplus to requirements.
The 25-year-old centre back has struggled to force his way into the Bundesliga sides first team in recent months, with manager Thorsten Fink on the cusp of agreeing a deal with English side Fulham for the defender's transfer.
Mancienne, previously of Chelsea and of Wolves, has his eyes set on a return to England as he is reportedly frustrated with life in Germany.
