Macauley Chrisantus has finally chose which club he wishes to sign for as he has chose to join Hamburg. The Nigerian striker is one of the most wanted talents in world football, and impressed in the U17 World Cup for Nigeria.

The player's agent confirmed that HSV won the race to sign the highly-rated striker on an undisclosed fee from Abuja FC.

"After considering all the offers we have for Chrisantus, Hamburg emerged as the best place for him to develop into a world class player," the player's agent Adam Mohamed told BBC Sport on Tuesday.

"Hamburg are one of the top clubs in Europe and they are currently doing well in league and on continental level too as well.

"We signed the deal late last night after we took everything into consideration."
