Lewis Holtby not considering Tottenham exit

Tottenham midfielder Lewis Holtby has no plan to quit White Hart Lane, despite talk of a return to his former club Schalke 04. The German side were interested in their former player and reportedly weighing up a transfer move in January.

Holtby has only recently forced his way back in to Tottenham's starting XI and is seemingly happy to stay at Spurs.


"Lewis has definitely no intention of leaving Tottenham," said the player's agent, Marcus Noack when speaking to goal.com.

"On the contrary, he feels very comfortable at the club and in London. He wants to establish himself further and contribute so the club can reach its goals this season."
