Premier League target Hernanes set for Lazio exit

Italian outfit Lazio are reportedly willing to allow the sale of star midfielder Hernanes in the winter transfer window, if a club matches their £15m evaluation for the player.
The Brazilian international's future with Lazio has been placed in doubts over the past few months, following his negligence in signing a new deal with the Capital club.
Italian newspaper Il Messagero claims that Lazio president Claudio Lotito is keen on cashing in on the former Sao Paolo man, who is keen on a switch to the Premier League during the New Year.
The 28-year-old is understood to have stalled on signing a new deal as the club are unwilling to match his wage demands of £2.1m per annum.
Arsenal, Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with the player's signature.
