Hamburg midfielder Thomas Rincon’s lawyer says his client would be interested in a move to the premier league this January.
The 25 year old is out of contract in the summer and has ruled out extending his contract at the North German outfit.
John Sorzano, believes the Venezuelan has his heart set on a switch to the Premier league with Everton, Fulham, Swansea and West Brom all rumoured to be interested.
"Tomas has long admired the Premier League and it's no secret that several clubs have confirmed their interest so we expect to make a more informed decision in the coming weeks," Sorzano told Sky Sports.
Since making his debut in 2009 Rincon has made 93 appearances for the Bundesliga club.
