Napoli eye move for Tottenham's Etienne Capoue

Italian giants Napoli are reportedly planning a move for Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Etienne Capoue in January, according to Goal.

Napoli boss Rafael Benitez is understood to have targeted the talented French midfielder as a top transfer option for the winter transfer window, as he aims to bolster the club's midfield department for the second half of the Serie A season.


According to Goal, Napoli could make a bid to secure the services of Etienne Capoue from the North London outfit this month, in spite of the player having spent just five months at the club.


The 25-year-old has fallen down the pecking order at White Hart Lane, since suffering an ankle injury in late August.
