Tottenham and Napoli open talks for Etienne Capoue

Tottenham and Napoli have opened talks regarding a potential transfer for French midfielder Etienne Capoue. The former Toulouse man is unsettled at White Hart Lane.

Capoue has struggled to impress the new manager at Spurs, Tim Sherwood, and is now ready to make a move to Serie A.


The defensive midfielder apparently does not fit in with Sherwood's long term plan for the club and will consider a £8 million move away from Tottenham.
