West Ham to complete loan deal for Pablo Armero

West Ham are expected to complete a loan deal for Colombian defender Pablo Armero. The Napoli defender will arrive at Upton Park on a season long loan deal.

Armero, who has over 50 caps for his country, has spent a large chunk of his career playing in Italy, where he had a three year spell with Udinese and before that a short stint in Brazil with Palmeiras.

The Hammers will have the option of a permanent transfer for the left back at the end of this season if his spell proves successful.
