Papiss Cisse set to sign for Fenerbahce ?

Fenerbahce are reportedly keen on securing the services of Newcastle United's Senegalese international Papiss Cisse before the conclusion of the Turkish transfer window later today.

In spite of being at the top of the Super Lig, the Istanbul outfit are interested in landing the signature of the talented striker as they aim to strengthen the striking department before the transfer deadline.

The Daily Mail reports that Fenerbahce will make a bid in the region of £6m for Cisse, who has scored a solitary goal in 15 Premier League games for the Magpies this term.
