Tottenham flop linked with Inter Milan switch

Tottenham Hotspur could allow the sale of the club's record signing Erik Lamela during the summer transfer window with Inter Milan interested in the Argentine's services.

The former Roma star, who is currently sidelined with an injury, failed to make a mark at the North London outfit following his £30m record transfer.

According to Corriere dello Sport, the Nerazzurri have had regular contact with the Lamela's agent and are pondering over a summer offer for the talented midfielder, with the club keen on a major reshuffle to the squad at the end of the season.

However, Inter are willing to offer a fee half the price of what Spurs had paid for the player's transfer from AS Roma (£15m).
