Everton plot summer swoop for Tom Cleverley
Everton are reportedly preparing a summer swoop for Manchester United midfielder Tom Cleverley, according to The People.
The report claims that the Toffees manager Roberto Martinez is keen on landing the signature of the talented England international, and will make a bid in the region of £15m in the summer.
The 24-year-old has received criticism for his performances in recent weeks, which led to some fans opening up an online petition to dent the midfielder's chances from making to the national squad for the World Cup finals in Brazil.
However, Moyes would be reluctant to allow the sale of the midfielder to the Toffees, as the player had a great coordination with Martinez on-loan at Wigan in 2010/11 campaign, which could help him rediscover his form at Goodison Park next season.
