Liverpool agree deal for Emre Can

Liverpool have made their second signing of the summer in Emre Can from Bayer Leverkusen.

Can joined Bayer Leverkusen from Bayern Munich last summer for £4.4m, and played a crucial role in the club's top-four finish in the Bundesliga.

The talented Germany Under-21 international had been constantly linked with a switch to the Reds, and latest reports reveal that the clubs have agreed on a transfer fee, which is undisclosed as of now.

Emre Can will join the Merseyside giants alongside Rickie Lambert, who made his £4m switch from Southampton.
