AS Monaco eye move for Adam Johnson
French giants AS Monaco are reportedly interested in landing the signature of Sunderland winger Adam Johnson this summer, according to Shields Gazette.
The 26-year-old had an excellent season for the Black Cats, as he helped the club survive relegation from the Premier League.
The former Manchester City star has been the subject of interest from the likes of Everton and Liverpool in recent weeks, and Shields Gazette claims that the Monaco have become the latest club to show desire to secure the England international's signature during the summer transfer window.
Johnson scored 10 goals in 45 games for the Wearside outfit last season.
