Luis Suarez handed four-month ban
Uruguay striker Luis Suarez has been suspended from associating with any football-related activity.
The Reds star will head home having been suspended for biting Italy defender Giorgio Chiellini on a shoulder, after FIFA found sufficient proof to impose the ban.
Suarez, who has also been banned for nine international matches, is likely to miss at least three Champions League and nine Premier League games for Liverpool during the next campaign.
Uruguay qualified for the last 16 of the World Cup following their 1-0 win over Italy.
