Tottenham Hotspur in talks for Ben Davies

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly in crunch talks with Swansea City over the potential transfer of Ben Davies to the club this summer. 

Reports had earlier claimed that Spurs would seal an £8m deal for the 21-year-old, who has played in a vital part in the club's success in recent seasons.

However, the Swans are understood to have locked up negotiations, as they value the full-back at around £12m.

Sky Sports claims that the Welsh outfit will eventually agree on a transfer fee with the North London outfit, with Davies keen on a switch to a big club this summer.

Davies' current deal at Swansea expires in June 2017.
