Javier Manquillo wraps up Liverpool loan deal

Liverpool have finally secured a deal to sign Spanish full back Javier Manquillo. The player arrives on loan from Atletico Madrid.

As part of the deal Liverpool can complete a permanent transfer at any time for 7 million euros. Liverpool had beaten Arsenal and German side Borussia Dortmund to Manquillo's signing. The player becomes the seventh new player to arrive at Anfield so far this transfer window.
