Wigan to sign Andy Delort

Wigan Athletic are expected to announce a transfer for French striker Andy Delort today. The Championship side will pay a fee of approximately 2.5 million euros for the Tours striker.

Delort had been linked with a move to the Premier League for most of the summer, with the likes of Leicester City and Burnley both in the race for his signature.

However, a move fell through to the Foxes and thus Delort's agent tried to engineer a move to Wigan Athletic instead.

It is expected that manager Uwe Rosler will confirm a deal for the forward today.
