Chelsea target to leave Real Madrid in January

Real Madrid defender Alvaro Albeloa could seek a winter exit from the club, according to a report.

The Spain international joined the La Liga giants from Liverpool in the summer of 2009, and has since then played a vital part in the club's progress.

However, the former Liverpool star has found it hard to cement his place in the first-team this season, with manager Carlo Ancelloti opting for highly-rated Dani Carvajal ahead of him for the right-back spot.

According to Fichajes.net, the Blues boss Jose Mourinho is interested in the talented defender, and could make a move for his services come the January transfer window.
