Arsenal to seal deal for Dortmund star?

Arsenal could reportedly land the signature of one of Germany's best next summer, according to The Express.

Borussia Dortmund forward Marco Reus has been on the radar of the Gunners during the recently concluded transfer window.

However, a deal failed to materialise on transfer deadline day, as the Bundesliga giants stood firm on their asking price of £40m.

According to The Express, the North London outfit could get their hands on their long-term target at the end of the season, with Reus unwilling to sign a new deal at BVB.

Adding to this, the German international's release clause will drop to around £20m, thus opening the opportunity for the Gunners to nail down the transfer on a bargain.
