Chelsea to offer contract to Sami Khedira?

Chelsea are understood to be keen on signing German Sami Khedira on a pre-contract in January, according to a report.

According to Evening Standard, Chelsea are eager to place a pre-contract on the table for the 27-year-old as they aim to sign him up ahead of their rivals when he becomes a free agent.
