Man Utd lead chase for Aymeric Laporte

Manchester United are apparently considered favourites to land the signature of Athletic Bilbao defender Aymeric Laporte, according to Fichajes.net.

The 20-year-old has been recently linked with a January move to the Premier League, with the likes of Arsenal and Chelsea speculated to be interested in his services.

However, Fichajes.net claims that the Red Devils lead chase for the French defender, and will make a bid of around £30m for his signature in the winter transfer window.

Laporte has yet to feature for the French national side.
