Arsenal want Lucas Silva

Arseanl are reportedly readying a January offer for Brazilian starlet Lucas Silva, according to The Sun.

The Cruzeiro playmaker has been constantly linked with a switch to Real Madrid. with Premier League leaders Chelsea also interested in his services.

The Sun reports that the Gunners are confident of sealing the 21-year-old's signature ahead of their rivals in the upcoming transfer window.

Silva currently has a £10m buy-out clause in his contract.
