Mattia Destro's agent to meet with Arsenal

Arsenal are expected to have talks with Mattia Destro's agent regarding a potential move for the striker in the January transfer window.

The Italy international had been the subject of transfer speculation over the summer with Chelsea interested in his services.

However, The Sun reports that London rivals Arsenal are keen on signing up the talented striker when the transfer window reopens in the New Year.

In addition to this, the player's representative will travel to London next week to negotiate a deal with the Gunners.

Destro has scored four goals in 12 games for the Capital outfit this season.
