Spurs target Eran Zahavi

Tottenham Hotspur are poised to make a move for Maccabi Tel Aviv striker Eran Zahavi, The Mirror reports.

The 27-year-old has been in top form for the Israeli outfit since his arrival in 2013, and has amassed an impressive tally of 50 goals in 61 games for the club.

According to The Mirror, Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino is keen on securing the player's services in January for a bargain price of just £1.6m.

However, the North London outfit are set to face stiff competition from the likes of Burnley, Swansea City and West Bromwich Albion for the player's signature.
