Ramos: we must improve

Tottenham boss Juande Ramos has called on his young side to stop losing games by silly goals and insisted that Spurs must start winning now. Ramos also emphasised the need to improve the player performance, in order to stop the Whites from dropping silly Premiership points.
Ramos said: "We shouldn't have to think that if we are winning in the 60th or 70th minute that's the job done - it's not good enough to say that.
"We have to continue playing with the same intensity - and it's always good to score, to go for that extra goal so there are no surprises at the end.
"We've got a lot to do to progress and to improve. We've been letting points escape from us in the last few minutes of games.
"There were two points against West Ham, for example, with the penalty - and all the points against Birmingham in the last moments of the game. We have to continue working hard right to the end of all the games we play."
