Everton to sign Alexandre Pato?

Everton are considering a move for Brazilian striker Alexandre Pato as they seek a replacement for Samuel Eto'o.

Eto'o left Goodison Park from Sampdoria recently and manager Roberto Martinez is keen on signing a new striker before the transfer deadline.

Reports in Brazil claim that the Toffees boss is impressed by the former AC Milan's man showing this season, and could be tempted into an offer for his services this month.

Premier League minnows Hull City are also believed to be tracking the Corinthians striker.
