Kevin De Bruyne to sign new Wolfsburg contract

Belgian midfielder Kevin De Bruyne will sign a new contract at Bundesliga side Wolfsburg. The former Chelsea man has impressed since his move to Germany.

Wolfsburg are hoping to partner De Bruyne with new arrival Andre Schurrle in a new look attack at the Bundesliga side.

Klaus Aloffs, the Wolfsburg sporting director, said of De Bruyne: "Principally, Kevin De Bruyne has a long-term contract. But if a development is extraordinary, it can as well be that you sit down with the underlying conditions,"
