West Ham United ready Jenkinson bid

West Ham United will reportedly make a bid to sign Arsenal right-back Carl Jenkinson on a permanent basis in the summer.

The England international joined the Hammers on a season-long loan from Arsenal last summer, and has since then been in fine form for the East London outfit.

According to The Star, the Hammers will look to sign the talented defender on a long-term contract this summer.

The report adds that the club are hopeful that a bid of around £10m would be enough to wrap up the player's signature.

Jenkinson has been ever-present for the Hammers this season.
