Jonjo Shelvey on Spurs radar

Swansea City midfielder Jonjo Shelvey is apparently considered as a surprise target for Tottenham Hotspur this summer.

The England international was been a key member for the Swans last season, ad they finished in eighth place with their highest points tally of 56.

According to The Guardian, Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino is keen on strengthening his midfield for next season, and considers Shelvey as one of his main targets for the summer.

However, it is yet to be known whether Swansea would allow the midfielder's exit in the near future, given their aim to qualify for Europe.
