Chelsea are looking at the prospect of signing Real Madrid defender Pepe during the upcoming transfer window.

According to The Mirror, new Real manager Rafa Benitez is keen on offering regular first-team football to young defender Rafael Varane, and this is likely to affect Pepe's chances of featuring in the first-team.
