Yorke : Man Utd need Gareth Bale

Former Manchester United striker Dwilight Yorke believes that the signing of Real Madrid's Gareth Bale could get the club back to their glory days.

The Wales international has been associated with a move to United in recent months.

Yorke has now iterated that he would try to bring in the former Spurs star, should he have been United's head coach.

“I would get Gareth Bale in, that’s what United need . . . a player who will just take the ball and run,” He told The Sun.

Bale has been often criticised by Real's faithful due to his wayward shooting on goal last season.
