Norwich City to sign Youssouf Mulumbu
Congolese midfielder Youssouf Mulumbu has agreed to join Premier League newcomers Norwich City this summer.
The midfield enforcer, who was once linked with the likes of Arsenal and Liverpool, will be a free agent when his contract at West Bromwich Albion expires on July 1.
According to The Times, the Canaries have reached an agreement to sign Mulumbu for a Bosman fee.
The former Paris Saint-Germain man made 37 league appearances for the Baggies last season.
