Tiago Ilori decides against Sunderland move
Liverpool defender Tiago Ilori has opted to snub a move to Sunderland, The Sun reports.
The Portuguese defender joined the Reds from Sporting Lisbon two seasons ago, but has yet to make a league appearances for the Merseyside giants.
However, the Reds are believed to have offered the 22-year-old with a new deal, and the chance to feature in the first-team next season.
According to The Sun, the English-born defender is believed to have snubbed a £7m switch to the Black Cats, as his father stated that the weather at Wearside is 'too cold'.
Ilori made 15 appearances for Benfica on loan last term.
