Crystal Palace close in on Yohan Cabaye

Crystal Palace are inching close to a deal to sign midfielder Yohan Cabaye from Paris Saint-Germain, according to reports.

The France international had admitted his desire to return to England following a dismal spell with the Ligue 1 champions.

Cabaye had a successful spell with Newcastle United, before making a switch back to France with Paris Saint-Germain in January last year.

Reports in France cite that the Eagles are leading the chase to sign the 29-year-old, who was once linked with a move to Premier League giants Arsenal.
