Man Utd enter Kevin De Bruyne race
Manchester United have become shock contenders to land the services of midfielder Kevin De Bruyne from Wolfsburg.
The Belgium international was in sensational form for the Wolves last season, as he notched 16 goals and 27 assists in all competitions for the club.
Manchester City were said to be heading the chase for De Bruyne, but German sports daily Bild claims that United are ready to go head-to-head with their local rivals for the 24-year-old after they missed out on signing Pedro from Barcelona over the past week.
German champions Bayern Munich are also keen on signing up the talented playmaker.
