Club legend defends Arsenal transfer business
Arsenal legend Thierry Henry has backed manager Arsene Wenger in spite of the club's lack of transfer activity on deadline day.
The Gunners had been tipped to bring in a new striker on transfer deadline day, following the lack of goals in the opening four league games.
However, the North London outfit were in no mood to bring in a new recruit, and opted to stick with their guns for the ongoing season.
Former France international Henry has now gone with the gaffer by insisting that the club must stand by its policy, should they not find a suitable player to bring in.
Arsene Wenger's side made just one signing in goalkeeper Petr Cech from Chelsea this summer.
