Gaston Ramirez to earn Southampton chance

Southampton manager Ronald Koeman has revealed that he may utilize the services of Gaston Ramirez in the upcoming games.

The Uruguay international had been tipped to make way from Southampton during the summer transfer window.

However, no offers came by and the player decide to stay put at the South Coast side until the New Year.

Koeman has now admitted that he may offer a chance to the former Bologna man in the upcoming league games, provided he is able to shake off his long-term injury troubles.

Southampton host Swansea City in the Premier League on Saturday.
