Atletico Madrid want Juan Cuadrado

Atletico Madrid are believed to be keen on sealing a permanent deal for on-loan Chelsea winger Juan Cuadrado.

The Colombian international is currently plying his trade on a season-long loan with Juventus where he has impressed with the chances at hand.

Recent reports have cited that the Old Lady may secure a permanent transfer for the 27-year-old in the New Year.

However, AS reveals that Atleti boss Diego Simeone is a huge admirer of the player's talents, and will do his utmost to hijack the deal in the winter transfer window.

Cuadrado has made eight appearances for the reigning Italian champions this term.
