Man Utd close to First Winter signing

Manchester United look set to announce their first signing of the winter transfer window.

Lazio attacker Felipe Anderson had been heavily linked with a move to Old Trafford over the summer, but a deal never materialized.

Nevertheless, United have been tracking the Brazilian's progress in recent months, and The Sun claims that a fee of around £35m has been agreed between both clubs for the player's transfer next month.

It is added that 22-year-old will finalize personal terms in the coming weeks before linking up with the Reds Devils for their busy schedule.

Anderson has earned a solitary cap with Brazil.
