Chelsea finalizing Alex Teixeira deal?

Chelsea are reportedly closing in on a winter deal for Shakhtar Donetsk attacker Alex Teixeira.

The Brazilian midfielder has been in top for the Ukrainian giants over the past year, and this has apparently caught the eye of the Premier League holders.

It had been recently speculated that the player was in talks with the Stamford Bridge side, and according to London Evening Standard, the Blues are indeed in advanced negotiations over a £30m deal for the talented playmaker.

Adding to this, the 25-year-old is said to be desperate for a move to England, and he is likely to push through the transfer in the coming weeks.

Teixeira has scored 26 goals in all competitions for Shakhtar this season.
