Aston Villa offered Nemanja Vidic

Premier League strugglers Aston Villa have been offered the chance to secure the services of free-agent Nemanja Vidic. 

The Serbian international is on the search for a new club following his release from Inter Milan this week.

According to The Mail. Villans boss Remi Garde is said to be keen on bringing in an experienced head in his defence as he seeks for Premier League survival during the second half of the campaign.

It is added that 34-year-old is eager to make a Premier League return having been previously successful with Manchester United.

Vidic won five league titles in nine seasons at United.
