Leicester City explore Edel deal

Premier League toppers Leicester City are reportedly keen on landing the services of Sampdoria striker Eder before the transfer deadline approaches.

The Foxes are currently on the look out for a new centre-forward after Andrej Kramaric was loaned out to Hoffenheim for the season.

Italian sources reveal that the Foxes are eager to wrap up a deal for 29-year-old Eder, who has been in top form in the Serie A this term.

Inter Milan are also said to be interested in the experienced campaigner.

Eder has amassed 12 goals in 19 league games for Sampdoria this season.
