New Leicester deal for Kante

Premier League leaders Leicester City will look to offer a new long-term contract to N'Golo Kante amid interest from several Premier League clubs.

The Paris-born midfielder was an unknown to the English top flight before he joined the Foxes from Caen last summer.

Since then, the 24-year-old has put up an exemplary showing , and currently holds the most number of interceptions made in the league season.

Kante has caught the eye of the likes of Arsenal and Chelsea in recent weeks, and according to The Mirror, the Foxes are set to put a close to the chapter by offering an improved contract to the combative midfielder.

Claudio Ranieri's side are currently top of the league standings with 60 points.
