Arsenal could move for Gundogan
Arsenal are reported to be monitoring the situation of Manchester City target and Borussia Dortmund midfielder Ilkay Gundogan.
The German international has been long linked with a move to the Premier League with the Gunners and the Citizens being his main suitors.
Gundogan, whose contract at BVB is due to expire in the summer, has been recently tipped to make a move to Manchester City after they began negotiations with the player's representatives over a Bosman deal.
However, according to Metro, the Gunners could still have a say on the player's future as they seek to add more steel to their midfield setup next season.
It is also said that Gundogan, who has experience playing in the holding role, could offer the necessary boost the Gunners need to propel them to the title next term.
Arsenal are also said to be hot on the trail of Leicester City hotshot N'Golo Kante.
Gundogan has made over 150 appearances for Dortmund since his switch from Nuremberg in 2011.
