Edin Dzeko eyeing Roma exit
Former Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko is expected to seek a fresh challenge away from AS Roma at the end of the season.
The Bosnian international linked up with the Capital outfit on loan earlier this summer before his move was made permanent shortly afterwards.
Since then, Dzeko has struggled to make any kind of impact at the Stadio Olimpico, and this is said to have frustrated the club's hierarchy.
Corriere dello Sport understands that the Giallorossi are ready to offload their striker after he missed a number of glorious opportunities in the 4-0 aggregate defeat to Real Madrid in the Champions League round of 16.
It is added that Dzeko is not content with the recent criticism, and could leave the Serie A giants, should he fail to attain regular first-team football for the remainder of the season.
Dzeko has netted just six league goals for Luciano Spalletti's side this term.
