Nicklas Bendtner seals Nottingham Forest move

Former Arsenal striker Nicklas Bendtner has penned a two-year deal with Championship side Nottingham Forest. The 28-year-old was a free agent after he left Wolfsburg by mutual consent in April.
The Dane, who had attracted interest from Queens Park Rangers this summer, had been in negotiations over a contract with the Reds.
Club owner Fawaz Al-Hasawi confirmed via Twitter that the player will ply his trade at City Ground for the next couple of seasons.
Bendtner largely struggled for first-team action during his nine-year stint at Arsenal and was eventually sold out to Wolfsburg in 2014, following loan spells at Sunderland and Juventus.
His time at the Volkswagen Arena was a mixed one with disciplinary issues and this forced him to cut ties during the backend of the previous campaign.
Bendtner could be in line to face former club Arsenal in the EFL Cup later this month.
