Onuoha bids to come in
Man City defender Nedum Onuoha, considered by many as one of the best young defenders in the Premiership, is reportedly being chased by several clubs. Eriksson is keen to hang on to the England under-21 youngster.
His representative Peter Harrison said: "Nedum wants to be playing, we cannot deny that.
"He is one of the best young defenders in this country, there is no doubting that.
"But he wants to be playing and we will have to assess his situation."
Aston Villa and Tottenham are both prepared to pay over £4 million to land the defender.
