Championship duo interested in Lampard
Championship duo interested in Lampard

Former Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard could return to the Premier League next season, should one of Newcastle United or Brighton & Hove Albion earn promotion from the Championship.
The 38-year-old is currently undecided over his future after he opted to quit New York City FC earlier in the month.
Lampard has been recently associated with the head coach position at MK Dons, but according to The Express, the veteran could prolong his player career by a further 18 months with interest from Newcastle and Brighton.
The duo are currently heading clear of their rivals in the Championship, and they see Lampard as a crucial figure in their plans despite his age.
Lampard is said to favour a club in and around the English capital, but a reunion with Magpies boss Rafael Benitez can't be ruled out.
Benitez had previously coached Lampard during his interim stint at Chelsea in the 2012-13 season.
