Teddy Sheringham's son Charlie has been given a chance to save his career in Denmark after his career in England looked seemingly over.
Charlie was released by Crystal Palace and is currently a free agent.He was offered a deal Danish Second Division club Fremad Amager after an eight-day trial.
The 19-year old got help from his dad Teddy in striking the deal. Mirror reports that the Ex-England international striker has told the Danish club that he might even come and play for them next season if the deal works out well.
Fremad Amager boss Jacob Friis-Hansen said: "To accomplish what his father did is difficult, because he had an impressive career, but Charlie can play at the highest level some day."
Teddy Sheringham began his career at Swedish Second Division club Djurgårdens IF scoring 13 goals in 21 appearences for them.
